Hello World!

You have never met a gremlin, have you? A little one that is. Neither had I up until one night, two and a half years ago.

My name is Nikola Raykov and I am the author of the GameTales – the first-of-a-kind gamebooks for little kids. You might have heard of Choose Your Own Adventure, Fighting Fantasy or other gamebooks, targeted at teens, pre-teens or adults. I believe "The Big Adventure of the Little Gremlin" and "The Even Bigger Adventure of the Little Gremlin" are the first original gamebooks written for little kids. If you don't know what a gamebook is, well ... even better! Because I think you will greatly enjoy them!

This is my first post on this new website, so I have way too many things to tell you. About my son – the inspiration for these books; how they became so popular in my home country Bulgaria and won the most prestigious award for children's literature. I have to tell you about my personal spiritual journey and how I have decided to release those books for free. About my own adventure and the creation of this international website. About Foundation "GameTale" that sets out to help the children of the world and so many, many other things. And I will tell you all of those stories and then some. Because, I am sure, there will be even more stories that we will create together!

But for now let me introduce you to Gremmy, a little gremlin that I met on New Year's Eve about two and a half years ago. He has little adventurous pawsies that do not get tired easily, a trembly-trembly tail, a nosy-nosie and little earsies (which are actually quite big) that like to listen to songbirds' singsongs. His tummy is always hungry, but most important of all, he has a big heart! And the best part? You get to choose the adventures of Gremmy! So what are you waiting for? Go and play GameTale: The Big Adventure of the Little Gremlin! Did I mention I have released it for free?
